The people who work for General. Everyone, from my sales person, Stan to the finance office Trey, and all the recepionest's that are there for anything. All very friendly and listened to what you wanted, and not leading to something you did no want.

Friendly and patient very professional although I wish the things they fixed at location would have been rewalked through the drawers are still very hard to close. We will try using camping this week to see if it is a breakin type issue. Also we never checked the broken valve under the trailer for the water dump.

The process was quick

After making an appointment to get my camper fixed, I was greeted by Olivia, who took my concerns seriously and explained the steps needed to complete the work. When I had questions, she got back to me promptly and even sent pictures to explain what she was talking about, She is an asset to the company. The work was completed and so far everything is working as it should. General RV has always been prompt courteous, and the craftsmanship in the repairs has always been top-notch.

I was impressed with Warren Brown’s professionalism and communication. Our coach was in service for 3 weeks to repair issues that were supposedly taken care of by a major RV dealership outside of Atlanta.

He was very patient with a particular problem dealing with the comfort steer issue. I provided him detailed information from Spartan, which which allowed Joe to do some troubleshooting and take different steps than he had before.
