I’m completely satisfied with the moment I arrived for my service appointment. My service person was very friendly and helpful with all my issues and concerns regarding a recall and my summerizing of the 5th wheel. Also the parts department was very helpful with getting a few things I needed.

We have been very happy with the parts department, and extremely happy with the service department.
They saved two trips for us last year when we had issues with our trailer leaving town.
Also, any maintenance work has been done quickly and correctly .
It is difficult to find such compassion from a company, but they knock it out of the park.

I went in with the intention of not purchasing a unit THAT day. I had an older camper that I was looking to trade but didn't think I would get much for it so I kind of hesitated pushing the trade. I wanted to figure things out on my own and maybe sell on FB Marketplace to try and make a little more. That's when things changed. The crew at GeneralRV OP was very open and up front with what COULD happen if I just let them start running numbers on my current camper. After some conversation back and forth, I decided to say "Go Ahead". From that point on, they went above and beyond to give me a VERY fair trade value for my camper and then they showed me multiple new campers based on my wants and needs and now I have the camper of my family's dreams. Thanks GeneralRV Crew for helping me get into the camper that makes the most sense for my family.

I am very happy with the service I received. I started with Bob who did a good job with the world’s easiest sale. I came prepared with what I wanted and had my trade. He and Steve in finance worked very hard to get everything just right for me. Travis took me over the unit and answered all my questions. And Emily up front took good care of me making sure I was where I needed to be.

Everyone was very kind always asked if I needed anything to drink and I feel overall I received excellent service

The sales part of it, easy negotiating, no pressure like some other dealers

The salesman. Alan was never pushy. He took his time explain things to us and never once was ever pushy about trying to get a sale. I think he's a really outstanding salesman and needs to be commended for that and I will recommend him to any of my friends

Everyone was very helpful. And also very nice . But the most important thing, is they made sure all my issues were taken care of. This is my first rv and I'm still learning a lot about it.

So far I'm happy with my experience.

Staff was fantastic! Michael was patient as we looked at tons of rigs. James made the financial aspects easy. Joe did a phenomenal job walking me through all of the operational info. Jen made scheduling delivery easy.
