Beth & Christopher were both helpful. We picked up our RV and it was clean, similar to how clean we keep it. I do wish we could have picked it up sooner, but I appreciate the follow up that was done with the manufacturer, and understand that the delay is now due to backorder.

Everything went smoothly Taylor was our service rep, and keep in contact with us daily and consistently on the statis of parts, and working with manufacturer. So the experience was superior and we got our trailer back the day we were leaving for camping, so we picked it up then drive right to the campground! Very satisfied customer. How customer service should be in my book!

The staff was super helpful and gave us a great price! They had the part we needed in stock and gave us advice on installing ourselves. We will definitely be going back for any needs!

Everyone is so nice and accommodating and folks are always open to chip in and help each other. It doesn’t seem like one of those companies where no one knows what’s going on, seems like everyone is in the loop to support their customers. I work in sales and customer service and I appreciate being treated well and with respect.
