Our experience with GENERAL RV was nothing but amazing! We purchased a 2025 Allegra Bay by Tiffin. The sales parts and service department have been absolutely amazing. Out of all the campers we’ve bought from different locations. GENERAL RV is definitely going to be a 100% first time and last time shop. They don’t haggle they don’t hassle they don’t push. It’s just straight up common sense!

Beth Bowman far exceeded my expectations with her knowledge and friendliness, I expected my trailer to require 2 to 3 weeks to get repaired She had it done in one week.
Mattie did a great job in getting out rig done. Actually early. I’m hoping everything is done. We haven’t had a chance to use it yet. End of month.

I liked the service from Chad. Had a taillight issue with the camper that turned out to be my truck and not the camper. Helped me solve the problem right away with a new fuse. Went above and beyond his duty. It was top notch.
