Well thanks to Shawn my Rv was finally fix after
3-4 month of promises in fort Myers and nothing got done pure disaster. Took it to Tampa and Shawn got it done.Mind you when I ask fort Myers where to take it they did not recommend general Rv other locations they said to call wenabego for recommendations thank you Tampa general Rv.

looked at the van carefully and did a thorough review of the van. kept me informed while i waited. handle for the black tank said they were going to order it and mail it to me.

Good price and the work was done on time

Research parts needed, called Jaco , got order made,, got approval from me Visa ordered in real time, Shipped here, parts arrived on Monday, scheduled with me for Tuesday at 9 AM, Zack came by showed US as I was drinking coffee, he stated couch was inshop, He started the JOB. Very professinal, crew working together was very impressaelive, kept us informed. WOW Inthe past all this would take days, not with your crew.

Amanda, Chris, and i can't remember the gentleman's name who helped me were so amazing. Responsive, timely, and couldn't have been any more helpful.

We have only had our RV for about 5 months, and so far, I’m impressed with the service dept. and the people that stand out the most to us. Starting with Robert (service dept) he was so helpful in making sure all our needs were met. Then, recently Claudia who is awesome!! She gave us so many extra tips & helpful information for people like us who are new to the RV community. Overall, I’m pleased with the service dept and the work they have done.
