Best service ever. From start to finish. James my sales guy went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of . I live in Santa Fe New Mexico and the Fifthwheel Toy Hauler was in Ocala FL. So before I drove 1700 miles to buyit James did a full walk through video to make sure I liked it . Sure enough it was the one I wanted . Drove down did my walk through with Rob Bob and he made sure to show me that everything worked properly. All of the Staff was very helpful and courteous. I will definitely tell all of my Family and Friends.

Our Service Associate, Taylor, was fantastic! She provided regular updates over multiple months. She was creative in her problem solving and establishes strong internal relationships to get things done quickly. I also liked how well General RV worked with our preferred RAM dealer to move the vehicle back and forth when necessary.

The friendly & knowledgeable staff were great to deal with. My Salesman Jeff was professional & knowledgeable about all the campers I was interested in, including the one that I purchased. The Parts dept. were very helpful by suggesting the basic products my camper needs for safe set up. JB in Finance was very helpful & knowledgeable as well. The entire staff at General RV couldn't have been more helpful.
