We were on route to a campground and the RV had a blowout. After the tire change drove to General RV. Everyone was courteous and professional. It was near closing but they stayed until we were taken care of on the work order. As soon as the new tires arrived the shop changed them and got us back on the road. Many thanks to Kassie, Elliot, Brandon, and Nick for being so professional and accommodating.

I liked how friendly and realistic they were when it came to pricing. Drew was very professional, friendly, and understood that I’m not looking to buy a $100,000 RV and understood my price range. I love Treys Donald Trump mug that was awesome Go Trump and Jon was cool to he actually complimented me on my Trump hat when I came in to sign the paperwork. Kevin was also awesome and did not skip a beat when it came to showing us everything in my new camper, very friendly guy. The ladies at the front desk were very nice and professional. Definitely will be back when it’s time to trade in and maybe by then I’ll have a truck and wanna get a 5th wheel. Thanks General RV team for making my experience one to remember.

The Service Department really worked hard to figure out and correct our leak problem. They found the cause of the after extensive testing and fixed the leak. We are so grateful.

Excellent technician who took our information about our 5th wheel slide. Tina took our information and sent it on to the repairman. She took some of our recent information from a previous work order that was handled by Chris. He did outstanding work and we had no problems for five years. Tina arranged for us to meet with Chris and thanked him for his outstanding work. They both are super employees.

Very friendly and fast service. The service manager, Brandon, took ownership of my issue and kept me informed of the status throughout the process.

Very happy with the parts and service department, they double checked to make sure they had the correct part before I drove to get it. When I arrived they had it on the counter waiting for me.
