We were going to try to find a new service provider this year for annual state and Forever Warrenty inspections due to really bad experience last year when Stoltzfus became General RV but we ended up giving General RV one more shot and they did a good job with inspections and fixing a few things and keeping our total costs reasonable and giving us good advice and information on what we can do in future as far as preventative maintenance and giving us info on how to fix a few things ourselves to keep our costs down so we will be back for sure. Glad we gave them a second shot at our business!!!! 100% better experience than last year. Linda K & John E

Service was fantastic Jenna is a rockstar !!!! Last couple visits she’s taken care of issues we had with our unit. Very helpful knowledgeable and understanding.

So far everything is good with the new slide out seals and the awning motor completed when I was told it would be done but have only opened them up once and them everything seems to work well so far. Service gentleman was friendly and answered questions and did what he said kinda hard to get of hold of sometimes but over all was good
