David Mann, Mike the sales manager and Mike in finance all did a great job in helping my wife and I purchase our first class A diesel. This could have been an overwhelming process but they made it very easy. At delivery I thought the process was very efficient thorough and professional, all the features of my new coach were explained and we were not rushed and every question was answered. I highly recommended General RV.

I liked the initial purchase process

Our sales Rep Trevor did everything he said he would do. We didn’t didn’t have to work to get answers from him.
The sale went smoothly.
Micah gave us a walk through of our RV showing everything was operational as designed and answered any related questions.
The lady who was acting as our guide through the process, kept us moving to the next person so we didn’t get lost. We even had the opportunity to run an errand not related to the sale ….. come back a resume where we left off. She also attached the FL TAG to the RV while is was cold and raining.
I was pleasantly surprised how well it went.

I think service has done excellent keeping up with repairs and warranty work knowing your company has been short staffed with covid issues. My recent issues were resolved in a very acceptable manner and l want to thank everyone for for their pleasing attitudes and understanding.

Number one was the solitude rvs. Then I met some fantastic people at the show. Marcus and Caleb, and a guy from the factory (can't remember his name). They answered all our questions, and Marcus helped.us thru the whole sales process. At Wayland Paul showed us everything in the RV, and be was wonderful and patient.

Meagan did an exceptional job At managing expectations and communicating through the entire process and being crystal clear of what the dealership Ken cannot do and in the timeframe they can and cannot meet she communicate effectively professionally she was a pleasure to work with I look forward to working with her in the future
