The Newmar Dutch Star that we purchased is stunningly beautiful and one of a kind. The sales experience was simple and refreshing. Everyone from sales to finance to service was professional, knowledgeable, helpful and understanding. Moreover, the run through of the different aspects of the coach was entertaining, instructive and comprehensive. The team at General takes pride in the superior craftsmanship of Newmar products, and enjoys selling and delivering these exquisite coaches.

Unfortunately I didn’t get her name in the parts dept but she was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Couldn’t have asked for better service.

Our delivery representative Bill was so very kind and professional. He spent lots of time with us making sure we understood how to utilize the RV. Our sales representative Alex was also very professional, did a fine job, obviously we bought an RV. Your manager Trevor also was involved in the transaction, thank you Trevor. Again, a good experience and your service gentleman PJ, took time with us and helped us with the hitching process. Overall, it was a great experience and we would recommend General RV. Thank you.

The advisor and the technician were both very helpful. They both gave left a very positive impression. They took the extra step to resolve the issue I had with my hitch assembly.
If I ever have a problem again, I would consider the extra drive to them rather then going to the Wixom location which is much closer to me.
