Excellent customer service from the first phone call to set-up our appointment to the minute we left. Every department was very professional. We had a hitch installed and the capture plate was a hair to small. They overnighted the correct plate. We’ve been to three General RV locations and very happy with all three locations.

My sales rep Mike was awesome to work with even after the sale. I had some additional issues with my trailer that were not fixed prior to purchase or pick up. Mike stayed in touch with me to make sure that I was getting help from the service department. Eric Whitmore from your sales department has been fantastic. Even though they had issues getting the leak repaired in my slide. He treated me very well returned my calls and has worked diligently. He followed through seeing that my repair was completed. We have yet to test the repair, but have faith that he and his team were able to successfully complete it.
