Friendly and worked on my issue diligently
Everyone was incredibly helpful and patient. When we picked up our Rv there was great care in making sure we understood everything from financing to how to hook up the trailer to the truck.
Angel was our liaison and she seemed stressed. She may have had too many customers to juggle. But we never felt hurried or in the way by anyone else on the team.
The only change I would make if to get angel some help so she is not taxed. The rest of the experience including the VIP tags was top notch!

First of all, we liked that you are a family-owned company. All the others kept telling us how big they were and that's why we should buy from them. That was a real turn-off. Of all the RV businesses we visited, yours was the best relative to customer service before the sale. There was no pressure to buy and you took care of all our questions right there. And after the sale, we felt you really did a nice job at explaining how the RV is operated and who to call if we had any questions or problems. Also, the VIP tags you had us wear really highlighted your desire to make sure your customers feel like they are your #1 priority when there. Although in a way they were a bit corny, it worked! :-)
