After the sale I went back to get a sway bar kit for my new trailer and they gave me advice on a unit and set up an appointment to have it installed and with in 4 days had me ready to camp.

Met with Olivia and Brian (don’t have last names) and both were exceedingly helpful in their efforts to make sure our issue was resolved. They did a quick review of the RV to see if there were other issues not identified by ourselves. The principal issues were resolved, but the hard one - even for anyone - was to identify a high noise (sounded like vibrations) noted at 60+ MPH. While one finding helped (a window not completely closed), the issue remains. Shortly we will be taking it on a rather long trip and we may have to bring it back in. I recognize that this one was a difficult issue to identify and may take a second visit. All in all, I was very satisfied the timely service of thoughtful individuals - Olivia and Brian - and would recommend GRV to others.

I like their honesty. I like their expanded knowledge. I like how they make you feel. They are sales people doing a job of selling—but only if you want to buy. It’s not high pressure but high knowledge ensuring you know what you are doing before you sign—then after you sign a thorough walk thru with a knowledgeable member telling you everything about your new purchase.
