My sales experience with Alyssa Troxel was awesome from start to finish. Alyssa overcame a couple of very big asks to get our deal completed Followed up by a very informative delivery and I have had 2 of the best service professionals, Avery Daniel’s and Kyle Huber, that have been amazing to work with through many of the bugs that seem to come with coach ownership. We are currently working together to try to put the reoccurring headlight issue to bed. I have every confidence that they will pull me over the finish line on this very difficult to diagnose issue. Each phase of my experience was handled with care and integrity and as we navigate the post purchase issues, I am comforted by working with 2 gentleman that showcase what good service after the sale really means. This is my 4th rv purchase and I can say with full confidence that my team has been the best ever. Highly recommend these guys that are out of the Birch Run location. Thanks to all!!

The attention given to us to solve the issues we had with our coach before leaving the lot was awesome. There were anywhere from 1 to 4 members of the service team at our coach at one time conferring and/or working on the issues. Everyone we dealt with was cordial and attentive. Exceptional service from the minute you pull in the driveway. Appreciate the men outside guiding and assisting. Service advisor Percel was awesome! Went above and beyond. Was able to speak with shop service techs after the service to ask questions and get advice. Front desk and checkout folks were very personable as well. Stayed the night in lot with electric and water.
