We have been very satisfied with our RV purchase and the service we have received from them on a couple issues that required their fixing our problems. They have been helpful whenever we call them for information or guidance with our RV. We’re very happy with General RV of North Canton especially when we hear of other rv’ers who share their sad experiences with some their services from other dealers .

the people are so good to work with. I worked with the Grand Rapids store for the initial sale and pickup; but regularly work with the Richmond, VA store for ongoing service. My favorite Service Advisor is Danny… he’s so professional and personable. He has made sure my expectations for service resolution are always met and communicates with me the way i prefer (texting). He’s my go-to contact every time!

Also, Kenny in the service department has done a great job in service/repairs on my RV unit. I am thankful for his expertise and understanding of the mechanical and electronic needs.

I’ve also visited the parts department and very good help from Sandy and others.

We had a fantastic experience with GRV of Tampa. Jared (sales), Dan (finance), Brad and Chris (managers) Eddy (PDI and detail training), and Danielle(coordinator) really treated us like family. It was so refreshing to have everything well coordinated and done professionally. Eddy's top shelf knowledge and experience really shown through.

General RV seems to carry the best quality of RVs on the market. They are equipped with plenty of staff to help out in all the areas. Is there more than happy to help you with questions. The building is very modern, clean and organized sales people in managers help you through the process of purchasing they all seem to have patience, in a very good understanding of all avenues. I really like their service department, especially Eric.

The people was great especially Paul Barager. He spent time explaining everything to us. He’s a great guy.

The need was there and the parts were in stock Brandon in parts help us over the phone and we came over and picked the parts up before leaving we used the bathrooms they were very clean and then we got a coffee and a bag of popcorn for the ride back very nice thank you!

Did not think I was going to be able to use them at first because I could not get any help because of the transition to General RV but once transition was completed you were easy to work with. I liked that Kathryn texted me throughout the process to keep me informed.

We don’t like General RV because their service department isn’t very good. Please don’t change anything with the Winter Garden location because the service is great.
