Jeff & Joey were very knowledgeable and Andrea assisted with our pick up. We had a couple of hiccups along the way with pick up, AC not working and it needed to be replaced. Our check engine light came on when driving home from dealership. They instructed us on what to do in an "if" situation, we just didn't realize the "if" was going to occur on our way home- 60 miles down the road. Took it inot a commercial Ford dealership in our area, found the problem and fixed it, covered under warranty. I guess you can say "Welcome" to being an RV owner. Still not bad and hoping our service visits will be limited from here on out and the kinks are all worked out. Still would purchase with General RV!

Sales, parts, service and warranty needs have always been met and complete. Devin and Ondo run a friendly and tight ship. The two young men who checked me in were courteous, friendly, and thorough as well.
