We have found your general rv location to be very friendly and helpful which has led to us purchasing several units from you.

If I have any comment it's that you assign delivery coordinators for every purchase/ delivery. With both purchases we made from you we had several items added to our unit(s). (A fleetwood frontier 36ss and a forest river impression 35mlb) When the coordinator reached out to me and I asked if the additional items had been installed. Each time I was told "I'm sure they'll get it done" it of course was not done and caused us a day's delay. Just need to actually check and verify. Otherwise everything was great. Thanks for asking.

Straight forward dealings... they do what they promise and do not pressure me into things we did not want to do. They offered suggestions but let me make my own choices. Very professional!

While the RV was in for repair, the service representative Tonya kept us updated on the progress. Upon completion the Service Manager made sure of our satisfaction of the repairs. Well done all at General RV brownstown!
