Unlike other well known national RV dealerships (they know who they are,) General made the process seamless and painless. As my wife and I were purchasing our RV, I was waiting for the “hard sell” and the pushback from the finance department. I walked away thinking, “This is a trick. Right?” Nope. Just good honest people doing the right thing.

Everything during my visit was perfect from the walk through to the final drive off the lot. Everyone was nice and welcoming from the moment I enter the building to the time I left. Every question I had was answered. I was given the opportunity for more questions in future if need to be answered. Staff was informative with every step of process I went through.
