Amazing experience, Jason Cohen was very professional and caring about our wants, he went out of his way to please us. Chris, our finance manager was extremely knowledgeable answering our questions and putting our mind at ease. Making our purchase seamless. Brian Shroder was also extremely knowledgeable, he spend almost two hours explaining everything about the trailer making sure we were very comfortable with setup and tear down before he left us leave. I can truly say this was one of my best experiences, I would recommend General RV, to anyone looking for awesome experience with a very caring professional team.

The service team is always friendly! Natalia, Conner, Nando, and Devon are the best. They keep me updated on the progress of my service when I’m there. They share tips and tricks to help me be more knowledgeable with my RV.

They are very thorough when we go each fall for a winterize. I like that they do a courtesy inspection to see if anything is amiss with our trailer.

I really liked having a specific point of contact for our service. Shawn did a great hon keeping us fully informed about the workings on our rig. We will definitely be back!

KIM , JEREMY were very helpful at my visit today to make sure my concerns will be addressed. Honestly I was nervous about my visit until I met this service team in person. They assured me my issue would be resolved . Will in service was also very helpful . Hopefully I’ll get my RV fixed soon and get on the road .
