I liked the process for getting an appoinment and then the service coordinator was thorough in checking me about the repair issues I had. The work diagnosis to the lp system was finished with the regulator changeout and all applisnces using LP tested in less than 2 bilkable hours. Goid work.

So this is our very first travel trailer and we had an awesome experience all around. Martin was our salesman and he was super helpful, very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and never pushy. I actually originally picked out one trailer and changed my mind the next day after realizing it wasn’t the one I really wanted. I reached out to Martin and he had no problem making the switch—no pressure, no guilt, just understanding and great customer service. That meant a lot.

Samantha did our walk-around and she was fantastic—super friendly and really took the time to go over everything with us, answering all our questions.

Victor did our finances, he was also very helpful and informative answered all of our questions

Also want to give a shout-out to Chris and Bud in the service department. They were great—helpful, informative, and made sure we felt confident before leaving with our new trailer.

Friendly service in parts department

Brendon A was great and very helpful caring things to the truck. The walk thru person was very informative. The finance manager was very informative.

Charlie was great. No pressure and very informative. I felt welcome the minute I walked through the door.

Chelsea was very knowledgeable. Our sales person kept sending us units on the Internet to look at till we found the one and the other staff was really good. Very glad that we went to you guys for our camper. Very happy to have dealt with you guys.

Salesman MARC was awesome Gary that showed us. Our camper was awesome. Everybody took care of us, but a guy in Alfonso was great. Everybody took care of us, but the guy named Steve that lied to me about a situation and then tried fixing it and still lied to me again, and I wasn’t appreciated of that. I just wish you would honor what he told me

Amy was a sweetheart and helped me so much with my dog and husband (has dementia). Mike explained the operations of the motorhome in a thorough, understandable manner. Actually everyone was super!

I originally scheduled the service at another vendor. After repeated excuses I called General. I was given a same day appointment to drop the unit and service was delivered as it was promised. I was also updated during the process. Nice peoe throughout the facility also.

Sales guy was top notch! At pick up everyone was nice and friendly..and efficient.

Our service advisor Nick was very clear in explaining what the issue is. There was no high pressure sales. As Nick was very clear in showing me the issue and giving an explanation it makes sense to have General RV complete the work suggested.

It was a pleasure to work with the General RV Team form the start. I enquired about a used inventory unit on line and was contacted immediately by a sales person (Bill Lossell). I was then able to negotiate a price that worked for me over the phone and made arrangements to view the trailer at the Ocala General RV location. We were greeted at the dealership with a VIP badge and were escorted to preview the trailer by Janeese. Where we went through a detailed inspection and preview of our unit. We found a couple of things that were not to our satisfaction however, Nick (sales manager) took care of the things that needed attention and we finalized the transaction. We also appreciated the delivery of our new purchase to the campground by the General RV driver exactly as they had promised. I would highly recommend doing business with the Genral RV Team of Ocala.
