While driving through the area, we developed a problem with our slide. We bought our Class C new from a CampingWorld, so called them for help on 7/9. They said, “we can help you in mid-Aug.” Called General RV, Cassie said “bring it in in the AM when you get to town and we’ll see what we can do.” Went in. Waited an hour until there was an opening with a service advisor, Lori Greene. They discovered it was a bad switch. You had the part and after lunch, we were fixed and on our way. Lori was also great and told us she’d provide us with an update at a certain time & she did. Kudos to your staff! You have a new customer when we return home to FL.

Professional, courteous, and prompt
Everything went pretty smoothly, and everyone one is polite.
Only reason my rating is a 9 and not a 10, is my pick up day.
We were scheduled to come in and out at 9:30. We were told everything would be done. All that was to do is the walkthrough and hook up.
It came then to our attention the things that were to have been fixed beforehand were not.
It was delayed, and delayed. Then when we were finally able to hook up it was 4:00pm.
It wasn’t until 6 1/2 hours later we could finally leave with our camper!
Everyone we talked to felt horrible for the delay, I do understand it happens! Yet between finance and pick up was a week, so I do feel as though there was plenty of time to prepare on their end.
None the less I am very happy with my purchase and would still recommend this location to others!
