My buying experience was awesome thanks to Tessa your sales person an my experience after the sale has been excellent with any type of follow up in teaching of the class to winterize my trailer great job! I would refer anyone and everyone i know to General RV. Once you get the right person, you are outstanding. You should do a better job handing customers from group. For example sales to pre delivery to advisor
