I just had my vents cleaned for the first time. Jordan was amazing! He explained everything in depth, and step by step. He talked about his concerns and got me a great deal! He used a sanitizing solution before he left and when I walked in the house the next day, I could not detect that 2 cats and a dog still live there!!
I hired you to remove the stains in my carpet. The stains are all still there. If you would have disclosed that you only remove pet odors and not stains, I would have cancelled my carpet cleaning. Also, carpet cleaning had no effect on coffee stains. I will not hire you again nor will I recommend you.

We started with a carpet that was stained by our new puppy. Your process removed all of the stains. Because of this this fairly new carpet will not need to be replaced in the near future.

I had a very small clean and new area. 6 month old carpet. Your cleaner spend 30 minutes at my home. Your dispatcher/office person when I booked said the tech on site could adjust my bill after seeing the job. They did not. I paid $211 got 30 minutes of work making your hourly wage $400 per hour. I only booked with you as a last resort because of your high prices. Being told the tech could adjust my bill on the phone yet no adjustment at the end left me shocked. I own 12 houses here and will never r
Use your services or company again. Also had one stain which you tech didn’t get out. All a waste of money I’ve rehired another company for the stain.

The dog poop stains are still visible. The dryer vent was not hooked back up properly so I can't use the dryer.

Quality of work is 10/10 product didnt leave a super wet area or damp smell. Took less than expected to dry as well.

Edwin did a great job! He was very knowledgeable with the products and did not get pushy when I did not want some of the services he was offering. He came in got the job done and left. It was quick and easy.
