Clean the mess made from cleaning the duct work.
Be sure to give a (at least little) vacuum job on the carpet before shampooing. Make sure the job is done and don't leave chocolate in the throw rug. Stains not removed.
Stains are completely gone, very good and knowledgeable worker.

When the tech was cleaning my carpet upstairs, I noticed the room directly below was leaking water from the light fixture. To make this better, Zerorez will need to fix the damages we have. Tyson Chapman, the owner has not bothered to call us to find out the status or anything about the damages. I think he should be at least touching base with us to find out what is happening. I understand he is busy at the fair.....but you would think he would want to see the extent of the damage with his own eyes, or at least hear from me or the restoration company who is fixing it.
Our technician that came out was very friendly and professional. He was knowledgeable about services and products. I purchased Pet odor spray and the cleaner and both products worked great for cleaning the interior of our cars, too. I have already recommended ZEROREZ to friends. Thank you!
Love the brush scraping to get hair out of carpet. Got stuf out that I thought my vacuum was getting

I thought the gentleman was very professional. He did a good job explaining the treatment plan and cost ahead of time. Afterwards, I was very impressed on how clean the carpets were. I thought for sure after caring for a dying, elderly dog all summer that the carpets were going to need to be replaced. But thanks to Zerorez, they made the carpets look great again!

I was surprised noticeably how clean the carpets were compared to soap-based cleaning. I had a Special problem when my dog brought in skunk smell into the living room carpet and wiped his nose. The service was yesterday and so far so good.
We have had our carpets cleaned several times and there were numerous stains that could not be lifted. With Zerorez I was surprised to see that the stains were removed and after weeks, still haven't returned. The gentleman that cleaned the carpets was very friendly and hard working. The smell was wonderful.

The technician did a very thorough job & the carpets, which are older, came out very clean & looked great. I have also had trouble in the past with the Berber being very wet . I placed fans & the carpets were dry within 24 hrs.
The price for cleaning the rug is too high.
Your attention to our needs of our store hours and willing to work around our schedule and your friendly attitude makes me want to recommend you to my friends and other stores.
By the time the technician reached the living room he was not going over the obvious stains enough to make a difference. We paid extra to have the treatment done per room and don't feel like it was of value.
