Very professional and did a great job
I had carpets cleaned specifically for a few pet spots. After cleaning the spots were more pronounced and bigger than they originally were. Tech came for a second treatment and now the spots are even larger, maybe less in color but definitely larger. Basically spread the stain over a larger area. Now I have a huge mess.
They work, they're pet friendly. A bit pricey, but worth it overall.
The services that are offered and the thorough cleaning was amazing! I opted for the extra carpet preservation and am so happy I did!
Noting washed out I only had two coffee Stains and just as they were before they were there and the traffic area nothing changed after cleaning it dried up look the same

I have used ZEROREZ many times and I have never been disappointed. You have always provided excellent service and have shocked me by how clean my carpets end up being. I have three dogs and they get in rough shape really quick. ZEROREZ comes to the rescue every time!! No sticky, soapy residue. My carpets feel soft and new again. This time I had my grout cleaned on my tile kitchen floor too! Amazing! Thank you!! I will always call Zerorez!
My carpet was pretty dirty. Kids and dogs going in and out. It looks amazing now. When the technician arrived he listened to me and answered all my questions.

While things were made right, the fact that I had to do a callback to get a good cleaning is unacceptable. It clearly seems the first person lacked training and was just trying to rush the job.

The Estimator (Edgar) came that very day, and we had our estimate soon after he left. The estimate was great and we set up our appt.

Carpet Cleaning with Pet Protection.
I had my carpet cleaned on Saturday July 31, called in the evening several times as well as email. Called Sunday as well, hoping for a call Monday! I will call Monday August 2 to speak with supervisor. I am very disappointed in the so called cleaning of my carpet!! I chose to go with a company that I was referred to. Will not use again! My carpet was not cleaned!!
