Service agent spent too much time trying to up sell me on pet stain treatment and should have spent more time removing soil from traffic areas. Traffic areas still looked soiled and carpet was very wet!
Refunding the portion for pet stain treatment would help.

We saw our first ad for Zerorez on TV. We’ve used the service 3 times, and have only had one questionable experience. That person is no longer with the company, according to a company representative.
We like the fact that no chemicals are used on our carpets, and there’s no residue left after the cleaning. We also appreciate the protector that’s added to the finished carpet. The technicians are generally very good, and do their job professionally.
I like how conscientious the man was who cleaned our carpets. I would absolutely call Zetoez again.

The gentleman who did the work was polite, did a great job and explained a few things I didn’t know about carpet care. As always, it’s good not to end up with a soaking wet carpet like some of your competitors.
