I think it was the most through carpet cleaning ever! our tec Kyle was very professional and done a good job upselling!! We ended up spending twice as much as planned, that didn't make me happy, but the job was worth it.

The technician did a complete check for stains that might need extra treatment. He did a great job on our carpet. We are very pleased with his work. Your products did not cause any allergic reaction for me. This was great.

The carpet cleaner seemed to do a really good job. The spots didn't all come back after the carpet dried like after the last company we used.

When I showed the technician which rooms needed done, I asked him to let me know before he moved from room to room so that I could move things out of the way for him. I don't ha e a very big house so there was nowhere for me to move everything at once. I then set to keeping my daughter busy while he worked. He didn't say anything to me until hewas done, so there are still some big areas that ddidn't get cleaned because things weren't moved out of the way. Mainly about a third of my living room that was covered by a decorative rug. I was very specific in letting him know that I would move these when he got to those rooms. This was very dissapointing as I had heard such good things about Zerorez.
