Zerorez was on time and after their preliminary inspection they got to work very quickly and efficiently.
The job was two large bedrooms each over 150 sq ft with walk in closets. The other two bedrooms were 132 and 120 sq ft.
All rooms were completely bare with no obstacles to hinder the Zerorez personnel.
The job was completed just under one hour.
I was very satisfied.

I feel like she left too much cleaner in parts of the carpet...lines from her machine was very hard to vacuum out. I can still see them.

Your techs were quick, efficient, friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. Stains were gone and only 2 came back. Prices are ok but the add-on services (i.e. add scent) are a bit overpriced.

In the rare instance our re-service doesn't meet your expectations; we are usually dealing with carpet that is damaged beyond repair. Please understand there are several factors that cause permanent staining and/or damage to your carpet and unfortunately we are unable to reverse those.
