Not sure if the technician went over all my carpet as the carpet as a whole looks cleaner but hardly none of the dirt spots came out. There as dark as they were before the carpet got cleaned. I would like a experienced technician to come take a look.

During the service our home was protected by wearing shoes covers and wall covered to prevent damage.

I had a 10K dollar hand hooked wool rug picked up by them and transported to Spokane . They contract with a vendor there to bathe the rug. It came out stunning.

There were places that did not get as clean as I would have liked. Half of the bathroom was not as clean as the other half. The light in the room is not very good so that very well have been the problem. There were still some spots in the kitchen that weren’t as light as others.
Now having said that the young man that did the work was very nice and worked hard. I have too many things going on right now to have you come back and fix it. I decided I need to do the kitchen every year so I will schedule something with you next year and perhaps we can get it better. Please don’t punish the young man in any way, it could have been the grout was not quite dry when he left and didn’t see the color difference.
Jordan did an excellent job. He carefully explained the process to me. I pointed out 3 areas that concerned me and he did a great job to clean those areas. He also suggested putting on a protective coating and I agreed that was a good idea.

No harsh chemicals, dries fast, and carpet feels and looks clean, reasonably priced.
