Quality of work is 10/10 product didnt leave a super wet area or damp smell. Took less than expected to dry as well.
Super easy to schedule an appointment, and their team is very accommodating - I am so pleased with the results and will be returning again if I ever need help with cleaning a sectional/carpeted room in the future for sure!

We had had our carpets cleaned not too long ago and our dog got sick recently. I called Zerorez and ask if they would do just a small area in our living room. They scheduled us right away. So appreciated their support! Charges were extremely reasonable - happy to have clean, stain free carpet.
