They were able to get most of the stains out of my carpets, did take quite a bit longer to dry than I thought it would.
I continue to be surprised when the carpet cleaning company sends only one person to clean. I am certain that nearly all homes have heavy furniture in their carpeted areas. The person sent to my home had no intention of moving furniture in order to properly clean the carpets. I told him that several pieces of furniture (living room chairs and sofa, several tables, etc.) would have to be moved and the technician reluctantly agreed to help me move them. Had the furniture not been moved, about 40% of my living room carpet would not have been treated and cleaned--without any reduction in price. That is money down the drain to me.
Similarly in the bedroom where the bed covers a large portion of the floor space. The bed was not moved (and so the carpet under the bed remains uncleaned) and the price was not reduced.
Similarly in the dining room. I moved the dining room chairs out of the room myself, but the technician was reluctant to move the dining room table and a sofa table in order to properly clean under the two items.
So, I was disappointed in this aspect of the job and will continue to seek out a company that includes moving furniture around as part of the cleaning process.
Carpets look great, no soapy residue or chemical smell.
Service was prompt and on time. The tech answered questions and explained the process.
He was polite, fast and did an amazing job. He did everything we asked, kept us informed and answered all our questions.

I had a friendly technician doing my carpets. She arrived in a timely fashion and finished the job quickly. She arrived at 10:30 and finished by noon. My carpets look great. My only concern is a fairly large one to me. My stairs were sopping wet for the whole day, we could feel the squishing of water going to bed. They were still damp when I woke. I’m hoping that the solution left behind doesn’t bring soul quickly to a well used area.
Maybe stairs need extra suction to extract the water.

Traffic areas weren't as clean as I expected. But the worst was the terrible streaks left in the dining room. It looks like dirty water was sprayed on the carpet and left. The carpet looks worse than before it was cleaned.
We appreciate the Zerorez carpet cleaning. It cleans without leaving a soggy carpet, and the staff is courteous about our home as they work.

The stains on the dining room area rug are pretty much gone. The dry time was fairly fast, as we had our ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom on during the day. Thank you for a job very well done.

The customer service. The carpet cleaning that was done was very good along with spot treatment.
Carpets get cleaned using less chemicals. They dry faster. Staff is great and friendly. Will come back if any stain needs another cleaning.
All was fine. Both young men did a great job especially in the family room. Seemed it took a long time for the carpets to feel totally dry however.
The gentleman you guys sent out did a wonderful job Very friendly explain the product very well I highly recommend him to come to my house anytime He definitely took his time to do the job right That's what I like to see thank you for having such a great employee please give him a Pat on the back.
