My husband spoke with someone and was told a partial refund may be available. We haven’t heard back since that was said.

We had let your husband know we do not provide refunds for services that have already been provided but that we do have a 30 Day Guarantee where we will come back, assess the areas and re-service any you were not completely satisfied with from the original cleaning. This re-service appointment was set for the next day, and your husband let our technician know that he did not want him to re-clean and had already hired another company for that afternoon. We apologise if there was any confusion about our policy.
Nick was awesome! Arrived right at the beginning of my time block, super professional and personable, walked me through the entire process, answered all my questions, i couldn’t be more pleased with the experience!!

Flexible appointment availability, friendly staff, and my carpets look great! The only reason I didn’t give it a 10 was because there is a minimum fee required and I did not need enough services to meet that so I needed to add something I didn’t necessarily want. But I would certainly return and plan to do so for future carpet cleaning

When I called for the appointment I was quoted a price of $114. The tech came and did a great job cleaning the carper but charged me $147. I did give him a $10 tip because he did a great job. Tried to contact you via E-mail but it was returned.
The technician explained the process to me in a very professional and understandable way. However, when deploying the hose to the area to be cleaned, he could have been more careful about the baseboard on the corners. He just pulled the hose with no regard to the baseboard.
