I first chose Zerorez because you do not use chemicals in your process.
After the initial cleaning, I was impressed at how knowledgeable and competent (you would be surprised at the high number of so called "professionals" that are stumped by relatively easy questions about the service they are to perform) your technicians are which led to my continuing to use Zerorez for these subsequent 3 years.
Also, your staff has been incredibly polite, respectful and understanding when having to reschedule and work with our incredibly busy and always changing schedule.

Spend extra time on the trouble spots which were pointed out in the walk through.
My carpet is very clean and the technician, Cameron was excellent in explaining where the worn spots were, which could not be cleaned as thoroughly as he would have liked. However he cleaned them very well, based on their wear. Cameron was personable, professional and a fine representative for your organization. Plus I like the use of an environmentally safe substance, which was safe for humans and my pet. I will definitey be using Zerorez again. Another thing, the cost for the areas to be cleaned was very reasonable. Thank you Cameron for your fine work, and thank you Zerorez for being such a fine organization.

Great men, professional and very hard working. Though, If I had to do it again I would have had your company clean the three rooms of carpet and a different company clean the ducts. Two other duct companies were significantly less money. However, your residue free cleaning spray was excellent.

The Zerorez representative that cleaned the carpets worked hard, was pleasant, answered questions, protected our furniture and walls from the cords, I have only one issue and that is I asked him if he had some spot remover before he left and he said that he thought so but would look before he left. He left without letting me know if he had any or not.
