On time, great service.
Affordable. Great communication. We have used you guys for two commercial properties and Devin did one and Alex did the other and both did a GREAT job. They were friendly, on time and did good work. Treat those employees right Zerorez. They are the reason why I came back and will continue to do so.

Not going over the price once we went through the house adding treatments. Just doing some paperwork would have prepared me better for the final cost. I am not happy that chemical leaked on my concrete porch and weren't clean up causing a stain. The van leaked some oil on the driveway causing a stain on the concrete.
I expect it to be fixed. I was unable to ask for it to be cleaned when the worker was there as the truck was there and covering it up.
If you want a higher rating you need to at least fix the stains

Zerorez has always been our go-to for carpet cleaning! They are always kind, professional and knowledgeable and treat our home with respect. Roman just came out to clean our carpets and he was amazing! Courteous and so good to our pets! I will definitely be requesting him for our next cleaning!
I liked the service but upset because I was told a solid price for my carpets and was giving a deal for the pet bio treatment and was told it was free do to a promo but then was charged with it anyways

I’ve been using Zerorez services and products for almost a decade. The technicians are well-trained, professional, and on time. Carpets are only damp for 6-8 hours, not like some other businesses that leave your carpets wet for 24 hours. I highly recommend!
