Our technician was Ryan. He was extremely friendly and was quick to get started. Didn't mind my pitbull following him around. He gave a quick look at all areas and then got started. He was done in about 45 min with 2 bedrooms and the living room. I like that it was a very quick process. The floors look great and dried within a few hours.

You guys had to cone back and clean my carpet
We were extremely happy with Zerorez! We have three dogs and our oldest sometimes has accidents. Zerorez was able to get the stains out and was professional and timely. The carpet looks and smell amazing! Would recommend 10/10
