The technique used
Service was fast, friendly and efficient.
He did a great job, very professional and thorough, carpets look great, only a few stubborn spots need to be touched up, but my carpet was much in need of cleaning so that's not due to the technician but to the delay in my getting carpets cleaned.

The service person was very good about explaining what they could offer, in addition to the rug cleaning, without any pressure to purchase the extra treatments. I like that there is no chemical spill, except for the pre-treatment which was an additional choice.

We’ve used Zerorez for a few years now and are never disappointed. They are the friendliest staff, very knowledgeable and do a wonderful job. They cover their shoes upon entering your home, Our guy asked us if we had any special problem areas, pet stains, etc. They are efficient, effective and would recommend to anyone that need their carpets cleaned.
