The problem areas still have stains and it took over 24 hours for the carpets to dry. There were places so wet 18 hours later that I had to change my kids clothes because they were on the carpet and it soaked through their pants.
It dries quickly!!
Zero Rex was a very professional service. Through all steps in the process, from the appointment to the end of the cleaning, they gave clear communications about what they were doing. They sent reminders about the appointment and made calls and sent texts when they expected to be 20 minutes late. Alex, their cleaning professional, did a very good job cleaning, and told me all of the steps she would be doing. I would hire this service again.

I appreciate the customer service I receive from zerorez. The staff arrive on time, and give me a call 30 minutes prior to their arrival. When I call to set up an appointment they help to arrange the cleaning in my schedule. Usually available the following day. My carpets come out beautiful, they are great at working the stains out, and the carpets dry within 6 hours. I am extremely happy with their service.

There were a few spots on our furniture that did not get cleaned and by the end of our cost at approximately $600 for 3 carpets, on special, which we added the extra cleaner too, and also our furniture and it still not being completely cleaned was disappointing. We will call to see if you will come back out and address the issues. It would be very appreciated.
I’ve booked Zerorez a couple of times and each time the technician has been very professional and thorough! The carpets always smell so fresh once they’re done. The price is very reasonable! I would recommend and use Zerorez again in the future.

The company called ahead to make sure which areas needed clesaning and if there were problem areas. We've used Zerorez several times in the past with good results. We've had a different person come each time, and all have been good with only one exception....nothing to do with the cleaning process, just personality. We'd use the company again.
