I had a somewhat unusual request, needing to have a chair for an assisted living resident cleaned rather than having them come to a home. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating, and fantastic about communicating before, during and after providing the service. Since I wasn’t able to be present, I felt very confident that the job would be well done.

Don’t leave dirty gloves on my porch. And the “urine” the man convicted my wife needed cleaned was a bug spray we need to put by the door to stop them. Complete waste of money.

Your tech., Alex, was on time, extremely courteous and when she was done, the carpets were cleaner than I have seen them since they were new. Also, the drying time of the carpets cleaned was shorter than I expected. When Alex left, she made sure that her equipment was out of our home and made sure we were satisfied with her work.

The service tech was well groomed, well mannered which is hard to find nowadays and most importantly he worked hard he didn't just go thru the motions as many cleaning outfits rely too heavily on their equipment After as many homes as a landlord as I've had cleaned the real difference comes down to your employee.
