I had an emergency situation and was able to have them come out the same day. I can't remember the young man's name, but he was so sweet and did such a nice job. He was very personable and I like that in people.
Although the cost was not in-expensive and after three attempts, there is still a change of shade in the area that the deep blood was removed; I still appreciate the no-cost returns to try and try again to remove the residual stains. The technicians that visited my home were at all times professional, friendly, and willing to please. I knew the caution about your ability to completely remove blood and I feel you did the best you could. It is for these reasons that I would recommend your services.

Great technicians. Kept the rest of our home protected. The rugs dried fairly quickly. Arrived on time and gave us great notice. The whole house smells better, too.
Our carpet in one kids room was trashed, with lots of stains and ground in dirt. It's not perfect, but I am very pleased with the improvement!
Upholstery was not clean, but coming back next week to complete the work
