I like the fact that vents are each individually cleaned. Jordon was very professional and was training JR. Both were respectful wore shoe covers and made sure corner protecters were in place to protect walls from hoses.

Careful work
I’ve had good results in the past but this last cleaning seemed like it didn’t do anything. My carpet didn’t look any cleaner, didn’t smell any different/better and didn’t even feel wet at all. Almost like nothing was done.

Scheduling was easy and I found a time that worked with our schedule. The technician arrived on time and did an AMAZING job -- our carpets and couch look brand new, I'm amazed. AND no residue OR weird smell left behind!
Customer service was great and even though stains did not come out the first time they really wanted to make it right and came back and cleaned my sofa again and came out way better.
They work! The carpet looks great. For a carpet that is 20 years old it looks brand new! The young man who did the cleaning was professional and did an excellent job. He did everything we asked him to do!

The technician showed up on time and did a very nice job cleaning our carpet and stairs. He was able to remove some dark stains caused by rubber feet underneath a reclining chair in our front room.

I want to thank Roberto and Andrew for going above and beyond helping my family get my mother in law's house ready for her to come home under hospice care. We were in a pinch and under a time crunch. Both of these gentlemen helped us make my mother in law's last days so much better. It just wouldn't have been the same without their help and dedication. I wouldn't hesitate to use Zerorez Tri-Cities for any of my carpet cleaning needs. These guys are great!

Joe, the service man was out standing in his concerns to do a good job and he did to my satisfaction. He is very personable and did his best to take care of my needs. My only problem is the cost, it was so very expensive and I did not realize that each part of stain removal and such, each cost extra creating a $500.00 bill that I was definitely not expecting. I was not told ahead of time about these added charges so I was not expecting to have such a large cost.
