They service guy was excellent, I was in and out of the house with errands and my mom was here the entire time. I paid 210$ extra to eliminate cat urine smell. This did not resolve the issue upstairs. I also paid extra (around 100$ I think) to get rid of tough stains and sticky residue, some areas did come out, but others were left with a lighter stain or sticky mess. Overall I paid around 470$ for three areas, 2 of which had additional work. I do not feel the extra services I paid for worked, so essentially I paid for extra services but did not get the benefits of the service. I do want To say the I saw the service man scrubbing and trying hard to get the areas taken care of.

To make things right I would appreciate getting the urine treatment redone….the one that is $70 a gallon and paid 210 for and the same with the other areas or reimbursement for the other areas with the stains/sticky.

The tech that cleaned our area rugs was on time and professional. The rugs definitely have some new life in them which was exactly what I was looking for. My only complaint was that the residual wetness from the rugs caused a trail of brown sticky visible shoe prints & footprints all over my wood floors so I had to mop later in the evening and also made me question if I need to clean the rugs again.

There are a couple of spots that we point out as areas we wanted special attention because of heavy traffic had made them especially soiled. They are stilled soiled.

We had two rooms and two area rugs and it took him less than 30 min total. I watched him do my dining room rug and it took him less than 5 min and there were several dirt stains visible. I asked him if he could try to get them out and he said the rug was old and the stains were in the fibers. He agreed to try again and with a couple more minutes of they were out. For a carpet cleaning business I would have thought they would try harder. Overall wish I would have rented the equipment and done it myself. Also he smelled like weed and wore his dirty shoes while cleaning the carpets…

Zerorez always provides excellent customer service and products. They are courteous and do an excellent job. There is never an unpleasant or strong scent after they have cleaned my carpets. I would definitely recommend this company.

From the moment Cameron came in the house, I was greatly impressed. He shook my hand, looked me in the eye when he spoke, and thoroughly explained the services before he performed then. Cameron's boss, Edwin visited during the cleaning, and was quite cordial, knowledgeable, and exhibited the same wonderful qualities that Cameron did.

The services performed were excellent. Our grout looks cleaner than when we moved into this home after construction was completed. Our carpets have never looked better!

The pet urine treatment used did not work. It still smells strongly of urine. Very disappointed.

I was upset when the job was not done correctly V try. But you sent a new technician almost immediately and redid the work. I was very satisfied with the work finished by the second technician.
