I want to thank Roberto and Andrew for going above and beyond helping my family get my mother in law's house ready for her to come home under hospice care. We were in a pinch and under a time crunch. Both of these gentlemen helped us make my mother in law's last days so much better. It just wouldn't have been the same without their help and dedication. I wouldn't hesitate to use Zerorez Tri-Cities for any of my carpet cleaning needs. These guys are great!

I had the tile in my shower cleaned and sealed. When I went to look at it I found the dark areas in the tile (dirt or mold) still there and now probably sealed in.

I had some grease marks from exercise equipment that occasionally sprays on the carpet. I have removed them before with dish soap and water. The technician said they would be easy to get out. The grease is a lighter color now but spread over a larger area.

Did extra ti make certain we were happy.

The price didn’t upset me… the results were terrible. I couldn’t tell a difference and neither did anyone else. I had no problem with the technician or his efforts… I don’t think the process works. I won’t hire again and I hired someone else to clean my parents carpet at their house. Very disappointed! Very disappointed!!!

I went from being quoted one price to getting charged a completely different one. Definitely would not recommend.

For my recent appointment, here are the 6 items that stood out most to me :

1.I was contacted by email, given a quote with add-ons I desired - very communicative, friendly representative. I like the email option as it does not interrupt my work and I can answer as time allows.
2. On the day of my appointment, Rosie called and alerted me to the technician's arrival time.
3. Ryan, the technician, called and alerted me to his progress getting to my place and gave me the time he would arrive.
4. Once Ryan arrived, he put on shoe protectors, put in baseboard corner protectors (VERY much appreciated since we had just painted!) and went over the carpet and stained areas with me.
5.Ryan explained every step of the cleaning he would do and offered options for add-ons to keep my carpets and heavy traffic areas looking their best.
6. The process, from start to finish was very easy and streamlined.

I also like the fact that ZeroRez is a self-contained operation and doesn't need to hook up to my sink!

I thought I was to get more than just a spray for dog mess like I got last time. When I described the attachment they used he acted like he had never heard of such a thing.
Not happy about )50 a room for spray.

The individual was very professional, I have used ZeroRez for years. My carpets are clean with NOresidue and they stay cleaner much longer. There is no chemical smell, which is a huge plus!

The upholstery cleaning liquid has over spray that ended up on end tables. The overspray was easily cleaned up but it was not a point of discussion when the job started or ended. The front of the furniture appears to be hit and miss on being cleaned or not.

Our technician, Andrew, was incredible! He explained the process to us, very clean and professional. An absolutely charming young man. Our carpets looked great when he was finished. We would recommend him to anyone. Very happy.

Zerorez is a well known company for the quality of work they perform for their customers.

The technicians they send out are very professional, customer oriented etc. The technicians wear their masks and disposal slippers when they enter your home.

They answer all of your questions thoroughly and I highly recommend them to friends when they happen to mention that they need their carpets cleaned or couches etc.

I do recommend Jordon he is great at his job and you can tell that he takes it seriously.
