We appreciate the feedback and your frustration is understandable. As the technician discussed with you during the cleaning removing pet urine from the carpet can not be guaranteed as there’s a possibility that it has soaked into the pad or even the sub floor. When it is in the pad it requires a different process to remove it, for that reason there is an additional cost for that treatment. You can contact the office if you would like to proceed with that treatment.
I was given a rapid appointment and the job was done in a sufficient manner.

Great work on getting my carpets perfectly clean. They look and smell wonderful. Your guy was ahead of schedule and was very efficient. I came to your company instead of the one I originally used because I was tired of asking them to not wear shoes in my house while cleaning my carpets/furniture. Every time I used them, my request to not wear shoes in our home was met with irritation and they continued on. I was happy to see on your website that you wear booties in every home you clean. When your cleaner showed up;however, I had to ask and supply booties. He wore them for the initial estimate at the beginning of our talk and did not wear them again until the end when I had to ask again for them to be put on. I truly do not understand why carpet cleaning companies who compliment me on my nice carpets because we don’t wear shoes in our home and keep a clean house, then wear shoes while cleaning the carpets. I would like to use your company again when we purchase our new home in the Spring and need the carpets cleaned when we move out of this one. I really am not trying to come across as rude, I just find it so odd that I keep running into this situation. Thank you
We paid almost $300 for 3 very small areas to get cleaned, two of them due to puppy accidents. Less then a week later start to smell urine and get out the black light to find all the spots and they still smell like urine. Called to complain that was a joke. Will never recommend you to anyone. You do nothing more then get the carpet wet and make it look pretty until it dries. I have never felt so taken advantage of.
