They proactively reached out to me reminding me that it was a year from my last service...via text...which I LOVE! They also made sure that if I said yes, they could immediately get me scheduled, which they did (2 days from text!). They made sure to reach out at the beginning of my time window to give me a rough ETA, then I got text messages 15 minutes prior. Once they arrived, we did a walk through and he was in and out in 30ish minutes. Very polite, very efficient, explained everything, I could not recommend Zerorez more, they are a TOP SHELF company and I will be a user for many more years to come!

Spot treatment, scrubbing

The spots on rug we were worried about, look worst after the cleaning. Since we ended up paying over $500 to get two small rugs cleaned. Am not s happy camper
The spots seemed to have spread. Instead of a couple spots now we have a whole area that is one big spot

Our tech Andrew was great, clarified what we wanted and price before beginning. Was super accommodating to my nosy labs during the process, and the whole house was done quickly! 10/10 would recommend again.

Great technician! Brian was pleasant, efficient, and knowledgeable. Our carpet and area rug turned out beautifully. Rosie was also very helpful during the booking process.

I asked for Oder control and extra care on arms and cracks of couch. The following day the couch still has a musty odor and dirt in the cracks so will most likely not hire your company for another job.
