Charged for the stairs but the stairs were not done. Water dripped all over the wood floor that we had to clean up. We have new white trim that the hose made black marks on. In the past others have used corner protectors. Just not sure it was worth all that money.

The representative that took my call and set up my appointment was very helpful and professional! She asked me all the right questions to make sure I got the best deal!
The staff that came out for the job was actually 20 minutes earlier than scheduled time, he made sure to call me ahead of time to make sure it's OK be at my house that early. The shift manager also stopped over to make sure all is going well and to see if I had any additional questions. However, he ended up helping his staff to get the work done quicker.

I had a spectrum repair person out to my home and he tracked dog poo all over my carpet. I was so upset new carpet. I called Rosie at Zerorez and and she sent someone out immediately.I live a hour from tricities. HE explained everything he was doing,and did a exexcellent job. Thank you Zerorez

We paid almost $300 for 3 very small areas to get cleaned, two of them due to puppy accidents. Less then a week later start to smell urine and get out the black light to find all the spots and they still smell like urine. Called to complain that was a joke. Will never recommend you to anyone. You do nothing more then get the carpet wet and make it look pretty until it dries. I have never felt so taken advantage of.
We appreciate the feedback and your frustration is understandable. As the technician discussed with you during the cleaning removing pet urine from the carpet can not be guaranteed as there’s a possibility that it has soaked into the pad or even the sub floor. When it is in the pad it requires a different process to remove it, for that reason there is an additional cost for that treatment. You can contact the office if you would like to proceed with that treatment.
