Service was great and quick. I would recommend them.

The man doing the cleaning was very nice. He worked quickly and he vacuumed the vents out. After I had paid him and started looking around the vents there was a fine dirt and dust around all of the vents on my floors. The carpet ones are probably the same. I had to vacuum around each one to clean it up.

Easy to schedule service. Technicians are respectful, kind and knowledgeable. Prices are competitive and fair...and I love the products...carpets are completely dry within about 4 hrs.

We got our areas rugs cleaned and they were done beautifully and quickly!

The service was fine and the person doing the cleaning was very pleasant and helpful. However, after the carpet dried it had big streaks in it which are still there, so that is disappointing.

Impressive work getting many tough stains removed.
Professional in both knowledge and articulating the process the entire time. We actually sat on our furniture in the kitchen and watched.
I believe the gentleman’s name was Devon perhaps?? Great worker!

There wasn’t anything not to like, every person I have spoke with from setting up the appointment to the people that came to my home were friendly, knowledgeable, kind, helpful and transparent. I appreciate them taking time to answer my questions, help with things they didn’t have to and go out of their way for me. Will 100% use them again!

The carpet shampoo was great, but he paid no attention to the stains or tough spots. There were several, and we had to go back over and point them out to him afterwards. One of the stains he told us “that won’t come out, it’s permanent” (but then after he left we tried to work on it, and it came right out). There was another stain that he did help us with after we pointed it out, and we appreciated his extra effort on that. Several other tough spots (a puke spot and couple others) I had to go back over when he left… they were pretty easy after the shampoo so no big deal, but would’ve been nice for him to have noticed and tried on them.

I’ve always been impressed with zero rez until this last time. They did not do as thorough a job as they usually do. Also, this is the first time after they have cleaned our carpets that my 3 year old has broke out in terrible hives from whatever they cleaned the carpet with. Not sure if it’s the special treatment they did this time or if they’ve changed their cleaning products. Also noticing a weird musty smell now that the carpet has dried. The smell wasn’t there before the carpet was cleaned. Definitely a disappointment this time around.

The service techs were really nice and were very accomodating. They were really quick and were professional. Though ended up knicking my wall and chipped some paint off while working. They brought it to my attention. apologized but didn't really other anything other than an apology.
