I had Jordon come for servicing our home. He came in and explained all that he was doing and then set u, cleaned all the heating cooling vents, cleaned the living rm couch, love seat and chairs and the the couch and love seat in the family room. He was very thorough, efficient and was done in 3 hours. I will definitely have him back and thank you for all you did. it was amazing how dirty the vents were and I am hoping that all of these procedures will make my congestion and allergies a lot better! Thank you Jordon!
Technician spent time getting out two larger stains but when it came to doing the rest of the carpet, passed over everything else to just barely make the carpet wet but not cleaning the carpet leaving the majority of carpet not really cleaned. Minor spots and stains still remained. Disappointed that I paid for a whole house cleaning but didn’t really get a thorough cleaning. The first time we used new rez it was very complete and good but this second time was a disappointment.
Joe, the service man was out standing in his concerns to do a good job and he did to my satisfaction. He is very personable and did his best to take care of my needs. My only problem is the cost, it was so very expensive and I did not realize that each part of stain removal and such, each cost extra creating a $500.00 bill that I was definitely not expecting. I was not told ahead of time about these added charges so I was not expecting to have such a large cost.
Great job cleaning a very dirty carpet. Looks and smells so much better!

You guys know what you’re doing; from the pre-treatment to the pet hair extraction to the cleaning and protectant….the carpets look great! And Jordan was polite, knowledgeable, and worked hard to make the carpets look great. Thank you!
They did a real good job on my floor grid and tiles.

I like the fact that vents are each individually cleaned. Jordon was very professional and was training JR. Both were respectful wore shoe covers and made sure corner protecters were in place to protect walls from hoses.

Careful work
I’ve had good results in the past but this last cleaning seemed like it didn’t do anything. My carpet didn’t look any cleaner, didn’t smell any different/better and didn’t even feel wet at all. Almost like nothing was done.

Scheduling was easy and I found a time that worked with our schedule. The technician arrived on time and did an AMAZING job -- our carpets and couch look brand new, I'm amazed. AND no residue OR weird smell left behind!
Customer service was great and even though stains did not come out the first time they really wanted to make it right and came back and cleaned my sofa again and came out way better.
They work! The carpet looks great. For a carpet that is 20 years old it looks brand new! The young man who did the cleaning was professional and did an excellent job. He did everything we asked him to do!

The technician showed up on time and did a very nice job cleaning our carpet and stairs. He was able to remove some dark stains caused by rubber feet underneath a reclining chair in our front room.
