It's just that you don't guarantee that spots will come up. When I have my carpets cleaned, I don't expect to see spots still there.
The young man who did the work was very conscientious and worked hard. I just think maybe your way of doing carpet shampooing doesn't work as well as some others.

We had Zerorez come in and shampoo all our bedrooms which are carpeted. We also had our ducts and air vents cleaned. The nice gentleman who showed up was named Harrison. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable about the services he was providing, he took the time to explain them. He even told us about the benefits of doing a "fog" treatment in our ducts, so we upgraded to that service as well.

We had an amazing experience with Harrison at Zerorez and our carpets look amazing!!

The service provider was very courteous, detail orientated, and thorough. There was a small area around a piece of furniture that was missed, and I am contemplating whether to follow through and have this resolved.

Zerorez does a great job! My carpets look great! The customer service is excellent and their timely response met my expectations. Also, I felt like a stain had come back after the initial cleaning and they were prompt and wonderful to work with to get this issue resolved. I will definitely be using them again and will recommend.

The young man who has been shampooing our carpets for quite a while now is very professional and through. He explains that he is doing if I have any questions. When the carpets are all done it looks so good!
This is the church building and there's a lot to do, including the stairs. He is very efficient and represents the company so well.

It is easy to schedule and the staff are courteous and prompt .

The premise of me having to sign a document saying next time you come to clean I will be forced to pay extra for the pet stain treatment is absurd. I will not call you again because of this. If I want to pay you to clean my carpet, thats all im paying you to do. I am not paying you to judge my budget, but you seem to forget that without customers, you wont get any business. I am not going to pay for a pet treatment when I do not want to. That would be like if you went to the car wash and bought the middle wash, but they made you sign something saying you HAD to buy the deluxe wash the next time you were there. Absurd, yeah?

Technician (Jordan) was very professional and did an excellent job. Great personality-seemed like a good guy.

Zerorez was very professional. I really liked the corner guards used to protect the walls from the hoses. Cameron was fast, efficient and informative. The carpets were not that dirty but still looked brand new when he was completed. He did 2 bedrooms, 2 large area rugs and 1 small runner.
