You do a fantastic job.
This is two visits in a row that spots are left behind. Last time the spots took a few days to come back. This time the spots were all back, and in some cases spread out, within 2 hours of leaving. Most of the spots are not even faded a little bit. Also, we forgot one tiny bowl on the floor and the tech just worked around it. It doesn’t even weigh 3 lbs and he couldn’t pick it up? That’s not great customer service like you used to give us.
Tim, thank you for your feedback. It sounds like some spots are wicking back up as the carpets are drying and may need some additional treatments than just our basic cleaning provides. We do have a 30 day satisfaction guarantee and will comeback and reclean, with our basic cleaning, any of the areas you are not satisfied with. If any additional treatments are needed to truly take care of these spots, the technician will estimate those cost for you to approve before they get started.
I like the upbeat attitude of the employees. There are similar companies in the area but I was sold on Zerorez due to Edwin's great sales and the employees professional but friendly attitude during cleaning.
We were very pleased with the Zerorez cleaning process. Mark did a great job. He was courteous, had a great sense of humor and was very professional. Carpets looked so clean. Highly recommend this company.

Roberto who answered my call and scheduled an appointment was helpful in getting the response here early in the window I was given to help me go to another obligation I had.
The responder who came was very efficient and worked hard at getting a wine spill cleaned for me. He explained that if the stain should reappear at all I should call back and they would respond again at no further charge. There has been some reappearance but I am hoping that it will fade.

The individual who came was a great fit for us. He was friendly, thorough and professional. Most importantly, he was tolerant of all of our animals and I would love to have him as our carpet cleaner in the future! Thank you for all of your help in reviving our carpets.

My husband spoke with someone and was told a partial refund may be available. We haven’t heard back since that was said.

We had let your husband know we do not provide refunds for services that have already been provided but that we do have a 30 Day Guarantee where we will come back, assess the areas and re-service any you were not completely satisfied with from the original cleaning. This re-service appointment was set for the next day, and your husband let our technician know that he did not want him to re-clean and had already hired another company for that afternoon. We apologise if there was any confusion about our policy.

I think my floors looked great and the vents that were cleaned. Only gave a 9 because a large vent on the wall was not cleaned.
