The tech was great and did a fast and thorough job!
Zerorez was very professional. I really liked the corner guards used to protect the walls from the hoses. Cameron was fast, efficient and informative. The carpets were not that dirty but still looked brand new when he was completed. He did 2 bedrooms, 2 large area rugs and 1 small runner.

Well, I see you have used Zerorez before, let me explain why we are different from other carpet cleaners, we don’t use any harsh chemicals, soaps or detergents. What we use is powered water which cleans like a detergent, and leaves no residue behind which is why we are gold and platinum rated. The platinum rating is the highest rating available that only two other companies have achieved.
I know if there are pet issues or tougher spots or stains and we use other treatments for that, pricing can change and depending on the severity it can get costly. But the technician would advise you on what is best for your carpet and get an approval from you and you as the customer have the option to decline any added treatments.
I hope you would still recommend Zerorez because of the great job and professional cleaning we did for you.
The technician was difficult to communicate with he had a wad of gum in his mouth.
I am very pleased with how my carpet and rug look after being cleaned. The technician was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable about all things related to the services that were provided.
Just one thing I was a little disappointed about....I was told that the carpet/rug would be dry in 4-6 hours, so I had arranged for the furniture to be put back into place that evening (I had a 9:00 appointment that morning). I opened the back door to allow for ventilation as recommended, but 8 hours later it still wasn't completely dry, so I had to delay my furniture being moved until the next day.

This is my first time to use Zerorez. I will have to see how long my carpet stays clean before I can rate it. However, I was very impresesed with the young man who did the cleaning. He worked very hard to get the places of much traffic as clean as the other parts of the carpet. He didn't rush. He spent as much time as was needed. His name was Joe.

I just was not impressed with the results.
No smells and. And I can tell the bed is cleaner.
I honestly expected MUCH more of the STAINS to be removed.
I'd say that it was A 30% reduction and I expected somewhere closer to 70%. Did not expect all of it to be Removed but just a much larger portion than was actually taken away.

On time
I requested three rooms, hallway and dryer vent. The job was completed in one hour. I feel like the technician rushed through the job. You have a guarantee that the technician will wear gloves and shoe coverings while in the home. The technician was in and out of the house without any shoe coverings multiple times and did not have any gloves on at all. At the end, he seemed very frustrated when trying to connect the dryer vent back. I’ve had no issues with previous technicians, and was very satisfied with previous jobs. So this time around I was not satisfied whatsoever. There was a couple of stains that didn’t get removed and I totally understand , it won’t be perfect but I had to be the one to request for spot treatment. The technician did not even offer and seemed annoyed when I asked. Pretty bummed out that I spent that much money for a job that was rushed and completed in one hour. I’ve recommended ZeroRez multiple times andI will no longer be doing that, I’m actually embarrassed to say what I payed for the job that was done.

We're always happy with the product and service. The product cleans the carpet with no residue and removes the pet odors. The service is great. The staff are prompt, friendly and knowledgeable.
