What do you like about our services?

We love our technician, Rick. I'm sure he has many homes to treat every day but when he comes to our home, he takes his time, talks with the whole family, even knows the names of our pets and really treats us like we are his only clients for the day. He always has answers to certain bugs I find and is an absolute pleasure to deal with. We very rarely see any bugs in the house and feel that Bug Master, even coming every three months, does an outstanding job.

What could we do to improve?

We have the problem of not being contacted prior to the person showing up at our house. Fortunately, I work from home therefore are often here. The person who actually does the pest control is great, friendly, professional, and we have had not bug problems. The communication before hand is our only problem.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

As of late I'm having to call weekly to schedule service for cockroaches. It seems as though the service is not helping very much as we still have pest issues.

What do you like about our services?

Our tech, Joey, is great! He is very courteous and professional. Much better than previous tech! Please keep him in our area!! He is what makes Bug Master stand out for us.

I have in fact recommend you to friends and new clients. You always call or email before you come out.. and you are always on the date and time you said. If you have to change, you call and let me know.
I use you for my home, and my daughters and neices home and we HAVE NO BUGS!!
Our dogs and cats are not affected by your products,and that is very important to us.
Your employess are always friendly and efficient.

Communication, the tech's schedule changes and no notification why. Need to keep employees too much turnover no training for new tech. Training left up to me, not you all.

I've noticed that similar companies that offer comparable services seem to charge less for their support. That would be the only reason that I might recommend TBM.

Not this past visit, but one time before, it was if the spray was not effective at all. We were still seeing lots of roaches after the treatment. We complained, and it has been much better since then.

Service always accommodates customers schedule.
I do not like that the service people change a lot. We had Julie come to the house for a long time and I trusted her and was very comfortable with her. Than we had a gentleman (I think his name was Jose) for a couple and times, but now we have a new person again.

What could we do to improve?

I was not completely happy with my last visit on Jan. 30th. I'm not sure that all rooms were thoroughly misted, though I did ask the technician and he assured me that he had covered them all. I touched several areas (where baseboard meets floor) throughout the house and found them to be totally dry even though the tech was still outside spraying the outside perimeter. I have had no problem with any bugs in many years of using BugMaster and we are diligent about quarterly sprayings. I do not want this to change....thanks for asking.

What could we do to improve?

You're pretty good about most things. Scheduling is sometimes difficult since I always want the interior sprayed too. Have a dog who doesn't like strangers so have to schedule around my son's work times. I know it's easier for your guy to do everyone in one area rather than backtrack. It's not a big problem just an irritant at times.

Listen a bit more, dictate a bit less when it comes to scheduling appointments. I know it's got to be an extremely difficult job to schedule in everyone's appointments, but some of us just can't be at home on short notice (less than 48 hours).
