How they work! That said, I'm hoping we could switch back to the telephone reminder system instead of emails about when you are coming? I missed knowing about my visit this week, and would have put the dog inside so he could get all the way around the house! Also, this time we did need an inside treatment, but maybe it can wait til next time. I've only seen one cockroach in the kitchen...
I can trust the employees on the house and I like the products used.

The fact that you only need to come out every few months, the cost and that it works. We rarely see bugs inside or around our house. And Rick is amazing. We love having him as our tech.

Please send out e-mail service reminders earlier. 2-3 days in advance is not enough time. Perhaps 7-10 days with a confimration request. Then 4 days if no response.
Notice of when you'll be here, and you keep your schedule.

My only not so positive experience was having to wipe up spots all over my floor from the treatment material. And the merge with Eco Pest caused some account challenges which took you a little while to fix . But I am an x Orkin customer and I see very little activity, far less than when I was with Orkin so I am pleased

We haven't been working with Bug Master for that long at this point, but the service thus far has been great. Twice i've called for same day service and both times you came out to treat the problem apartments. So far you have been wonderful but i would like to work with you for a longer period of time to give proper feedback on what to improve. At this point we are very satisfied.
Very quick service.
You lost my check more than once for payment of services. You phoned to remind me of a future service date too late for me to reschedule it. When I returned from an out of town trip, there were spiders in my house because only the outside was treated.
