What do you like about our services?

Technician is personable, friendly and courteous. He does his job well. Communication is great. I like being contacted via email re appointment times. We had a huge problem with scorpions and had been told previously that pest control would not help. We tried Bug Master and the problem has definitely been minimized.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

We do not receive notifications of when technicians will be coming to our house.

Multiple issues with invoices and billing.

I like it when between treatments if I see any bugs or even just one I would call them about it and they would immediately come and spray for that type of bug. Its nice that they stay on top of things like that.

What do you like about our services?

You always do a good thorough job and have good customer service. Your service techs are very knowledgeable. I do wish I received more notice of when my next appointment will be. It would help me make sure someone can be home when the inside needs to be sprayed.

You come back and treat again at no extra charge if scorpions come back before the next scheduled treatment. I like that it's always the same guy...so I don't ever have to wonder if "I'm"breaking in a new trainee

What could we do to improve?

The question is how likely I would be to refer a friend. I am likely, but we've been customers for a while and it has been some time since I did comparison shopping. I have no idea if I am paying a good price or if I am on autopilot.

So, I would recommend a friend look at Bugmaster. I would tell them I have few complaints apart from a challenge of early arrivals for servicing that I prefer to happen at 4 PM and a desire for a more interactive web presence for scheduling and account management. But I like buying local so that is the tradeoff.

We were not notified before the last treatment. Since we prefer to be home for the treatment
in order that we can inform your representative of any fire ant issues, we would appreciate
being notified BEFORE the rep. shows up.

The service person is on site within a reasonable time of appointment; there is a confirmation call/notification for the appointment; the service person is professional in appearance as well as demeanor; the service vehicles are clean, even when there might be falling weather, and apparently you use an effective product.

What do you like about our services?

We have always liked our service providers. They have been friendly, conscientious and courteous. Only once or twice have we asked for a repeat treatment due to bugs or whatever and it was done immediately and problem removed. We have been with you a long time and are quite pleased with your service.
