What do you like about our services?

Very responsive to customer requests - whether it's a particular way the customer wants service to be provided, or when in need of service. Technicians always extremely courteous, on time, and ask if there's any particular problem they need to address. And they always tell me to be sure and call if something comes up between scheduled visits.

What could we do to improve?

The pest control service is good. I would recommend that. But, the mosquito treatments were a nightmare to deal with. I would absolutely not refer anyone to that program! It needs far more consistency. Twice in a 5-month period Bug Master did not show up for a monthly treatment. When I would call about it, I would be told that it was not scheduled... even though it was supposed to be scheduled automatically. I would have to take the time out to schedule it. Then I would have to call back to actually confirm that someone came out. The program is way too expensive for a customer to have to work so hard to make sure they are getting the service they paid for. I will not be getting mosquito treatments through Bug Master next year... instead I will find another company that requires less maintenance and time on my part.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Your pricing is way to high for apartments. Don't understand why you can't give me a flat rate for a bed bug treatment. Worldwide Pest control can. Don't understand that. And you charge extra to get rid of german coachroaches. Isn't this what the monthly service charge is for. Exterminator bugs... Won't use you again at any apartments i manage.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

called for return treatment due to flying insects (we call them mud daubers) and spiders. House was sprayed again - technician did not clean up the 'housing'. I'm not sure if your company has changed the chemical composition of the sprays but they don't work as well as the previous spray.
