Set a per year fee that is more competitive . We pay $106.09 x 4 times a year = $436.36. I am tempted to call around and check prices with other companies. Other than that, your service is very good.
The tech who sprays the house is always very pleasant and does a GREAT job!
You always arrive promptly on the scheduled day. The techs are very proffesional and neatly dressed. They always ask if we are having pest problems.
Do a better job with scheduling. The technician has shown up mulitple times without pre-scheduling it with us.
Three different men came out to my house. Each one did not know what the other one did. They left traps in the house. I did not like giving my lock information to all those guys.
There was no such things as "traps".
Very professional, on time employee
We are pleased with all aspects of your service. In particular, Daniel, who does our treatments is great. He's prompt, thorough, very courteous and very knowledgeable. We feel the charges are very reasonable and we've have never had any problems with bugs since we started using Bug Master.
Friendly service - both office staff and exterminator who comes to our home. If we have a problem, they will come back and fix it.

I have ant hills in my yard, outside your 5' range, that are larger than a football. Why can't you treat them as part of your treatment, WITHOUT charging extra?
on the second visit only the kitchen was only focused on when the technician was informed of other problem areas that needed to be treated as well.
The technician is wonderful and (especially) on time. I am able to my daying knowing the timeframe give n is good.
Schedule my quarterly service for any afternoon after 3:00 or any time of the day on Tuesday or Thursday. I still might have to change the time when you call to confirm but if you stick with these times, there is less chance of having to change. No problems with the service itself. Jesse does a very good job.
