MORE FREQUENT SPRAYING AS WE ARE STILL CONTINUING TO HAVE AN ANT AND SPIDER PROBLEMS INSIDE OF OUR HOUSE...EVEN RIGHT AFTER THE SPRAYING.

Techs always on time. Understanding about rescheduling, no penalties for missing the tech somehow. Reasonable pricing. What they do works, no/few bugs!

The regular maintenance service is good, but the cost is a little high, so I might ask a friend to shop around a little.

The way you are scheduling appt. No personal service and no regard to our previous business relationship with John. The new guy is fine, but the personal service is gone

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

my appointment was scheduled between 4:00-5:00. I arrived home at 3:50. My high school son told me that Bug Master showed up around 1:30, so he let him in to spray the house. I was very disappointed that I did not get a phone call that the appointment had been moved up so many hours as I would have rescheduled my afternoon and been home. I never allow workers/maintenance men in my home with my minor-aged children, and I'm surprised that your company would allow your workers to enter a home when the adult is not present. I am extremely disappointed in this.

Our technician, Gerald,, is wonderful and does such
a thorough job. He goes right to work and doesn't waste
time, but at the same time is very friendly and polite. I
especially like that you will come back out to re-treat at no
extra charge.

I am able to work with Tyrone...he seems to be knowledgeable and efficient. He's very courteous.

What could we do to improve?

Not confident in service. Art is fine, but previous person did not recognize bugs.

Ants this morning in shower. Tiny dead bugs on window sills every day and on screens. Sometime, please have Art take a look.

rick when he was at my house, he asked too many personal questions, which made me felt uncomfortable to invite him back, but kyle M the last guy that was at my house did not creep me out with the questions he asked as Rick did.
