Most of the service technicians are friendly, and they put covers over their shoes. Also, when their was a miscommunication concerning our termite coverage; Bug Master staff corrected the problem. Thanks.

Professionalism of the tecnician
Here in TX we have so many bugs and other critters. I live in the country and would expect to see some here and there, but with Bug Master taking care of my house, I never see any. I am completely satisfied and would recommend them to everyone! Thank you so much Bug Master.

our service tech joe is always courteous, professional and does a great job. bugmaster is easy to get a hold of and they take care of things.
We have used Bug Master for 14 years until 2 yrs ago when we sold the business. We have never had any problems with Bug Master until now. We bought back our business and noticed there was a severe roach problem 2/2012. We contacted Bug Master to start treatment immediately, it is currently been 1 year and the roach is still a major issue. I have lost so many customers from seeing roaches on the table or crawling in the dining room or on the buffet bar. Not until this month when I was called to cancel service and go with another company did someone actually come by the restaurant for me to point out where the roaches are. Carl was the one to show up and talk to us, he told us we have a major infestation problem which we have been trying to tell your company for 1 year but no one seems to take us seriously. In other words the monthly service we were paying for 1 year was a waste there was no improvement in the amount of roaches seen until this month. Today 2/21/2013 a family of 4 came into eat and had a roach crawling on their table, they have threaten to call the health department tomorrow. As of today I feel we still need to continue the weekly service at least for another month. We have asked for the technician to stop in so we can point out areas with major roach activity and have yet to meet the technician.
The personal contact with your office when they call to remind me about my appointment. Also, they are so kind with me whenever I have to re-schedule. They never make me feel like I am a problem client. I also appreciate the timeliness of your technician. They show up when they say that they will show up. Also, the vehicles are very professional in appearance and clean.
