Make it easier to create an online account. Is it really necessary to call in to associate an email address with an account? Most places do this entirely on-line. Also, I only assume if you create an on-line account you can pay your bill through the net. (If that's not the case then it should be).

I told the lady that answer the phone NOT to send anyone to my house without me being there! I get a E-Mail telling me that you are sending someone out, I in turn reply to the E-Mail that I would not be home on that date but that I would be home the next week ALL week except that Wed. My Doctor appt. was moved to another date and just by luck I was home when Jesse show up to do my house, knowing nothing about not suppose to be at my house on that date.The last Teck. of BUG MASTER was not doing his job and that was the reason for me saying no one was to be at my house unless I was home. In the case of Jesse, him I do not mind because I know he will do his Job.
Always come when you say you're coming....unlike cable services.
