Price and promptness and friendly, professional serviceman.
My satisfaction with Bug Master is based 100% on our service technician Daniel. He has been our tech for 6+ years...dependable, thorough, very nice and personable, and 100% trustworthy and professional. I recently recommended Bug Master to my neighbor as she is looking for reasonable pest control rates...and told her to request Daniel for great service!
They are professional in everyway and really stay with it until the job is done. Also very friendly and service is number one!

The young man who comes to my house is professional and personable. You guys are always on time and leave the house as clean as you found it.
Do not send me an email for service two days before you are expecting to show up at my house and expect that I would have read the email and expect me to be home for service. You need to send emails for service a minimum of one week ahead of the scheduled visit and then send a follow up email the day before the scheduled event. Scheduling out a minimum of one week or so allows someone time to reschedule; two days or less before a scheduled visit does not; especially if they have not read their email.
You come on time. The service people are courteous and do their job well.
You are quick to respond, honour the service dates and times, and explain the service thoroughly.

Could not find our contract- We had to supply. Also message was not delivered in its entirety; however, all problems were evenually resolved.

Friendliness of your office staff and the people who come out here to spray.
I like that my monthly service prevents insects and bugs around my house.
What I don't like is scheduling. The past seven months my monthly scheduling
has not been right and I have to call every month to get it right, this is
extremely frustrating to have to do. Do not understand why they cannot get this
fixed.
