Thorough, courteous, prompt and effective. Service guys always ask about any particular problems and treat accordingly. Have used Bug Mater for years and very happy with service.

I've been very satisfied with the professionalism and competence of the two most recent technicians (Julie C. for a long time, and for some time now Jose)whom service my home and business properties in Taylor; the Bug Master appears to hire realy great people.

We had Eco Pest control before we had Bug Master. The Eco Pestcontrol company did a very good job in listening to our needs...for example whenever I have requested for the extra glue boards they have dropped some off for me and they were always available and had many more appointments open. However, with Bug Master they say they will drop off the glue boards and come provide services but forget the leave the glue boards...that is very inconvenient to us as we have to again call them and request for the boards. Please listen to your customers, we have full-time jobs ourselves and dont need an additional concern to remember and remind.

y'all take care of things the way you are supposed to and we never recieve weird invoices for things that should be included in the contract. our regular tech Joe is awesome. he is great with tenants and our office staff. since taking over our contract a couple years ago, we have noticed a sever decrease in rodent and insect issues and when we do have calls out for them they go away pretty fast after treatment.
Joey does a good job. He is always pleasant. The office has not been notifying me when Joey is coming. Last month he came a month too early. I do not receive the cards in the mail anymore and have asked for email notification. I have not been receiving that either. I would really like to be notified so I can either change the day or know the time Joey will arrive.
