Convenient, close to airport, shuttle is great, love valet parking, very fast on arrival and when picking up vehicle, staff are pleasant and helpful.

We really like feeling like our car is safe while we are out of town. Being a member of the Parking Spot makes it easy to make reservations. The transport picks us up promptly, is helpful and courteous.
The only suggestion I have is you need to mark the street to turn on with your logo. Driving to the airport always has us on edge and a little more signage would be helpful and appreciated!

I feel like my vehicle is in a safe lot that has someone at the gates always. I even saw a security guard in the lot last week and I really have a positive feeling about leaving my vehicle there. The drivers seem to always be available quickly. I have never had to wait very long for a bus. The drivers all seem to be very kind. Overall it historically had been a great experience at Parking Spot 2!!!

Drivers friendly and helpful. When they saw us unloading bags they pulled right up to get us and assist in loading. Dropped us right at departures and getting back to our car after return was great. It is easy to book online. The drivers are very nice. When I came back to Houston last week, the number of my parked car was confusion. The driver was extremely nice and patient and found my car. He then stayed until he knew my car had started. Thank you.
