It is easy to acces, is very fast , they have buses at all time
Covered parking and don’t have to wait long for a shuttle.
Pick up is usually quick
Friendly. Prompt in pick up and drop off. Price. Feel vehicle is protected from vandalism. Options for cover or uncovered.
Friendly service
It is easy to sign up and get in and out.
Shuttle and options for parking.
With the site it’s super easy to book; the app makes it even better. Once you link an account to the app using the QR code and you can zip in and out. The only issue was the shuttle buses on the return trip BUT that was not the failure of the parking spot. They actually had 4-5 busses running so it took some time to clear out the waiting lines.
Convenient
Fast pickups
The ease of parking and using the app. It's nice to be picked up at your car and dropped off at your car
The Parking Spot is the most convenient and safe parking at the airport! From making a reservation to entering to being picked up and dropped off at the terminal and then doing that in reverse upon return, they make it a pleasant and super smooth experience! They definitely take the hassle out of travel! Thank you for making parking easy and putting so much effort into making the experience so nice!

Very convenient to the airport, covered parking, great price, fast shuttle service.
Parking Spot removes all the stress about parking at the airport. I reserve a spot ahead of time, bus conveniently drops us off at terminal, no brainer. Pick up at the airport is easy and convenient as well. Drivers are always courteous and helpful. And much less expensive than parking at Hartsfield. Highly recommend

Easy reservation system, locations, and shuttle service.
