Guest Testimonials

Drivers are always great and friendly. Never had a problem scheduling parking. Easy in and out. Many Thanks!

I like the convenience it offers for parking and transportation to the airport. I like the security the lot has. This past time I traveled, I did not like the confusion and cluster of people at the airport (09/20/2026) there was no clear place for everyone to stand for each bus, which made it chaotic for people getting on busses and a lot of people cut or push their ways on. I was able to get a bus with the sweetest gentleman driver. I believe his name was Hamobou (I’m sorry if that’s wrong) who helped me take my bag to my trunk, without asking. He deserves a raise or some type of bonus for his patience and customer service to even the rudest of customers on our drive.

Years of great service

I wanted to thank the staff at the Parking spot. I went there on the evening of Sept 9th and asked the staff to help me get my sisters phone that had been left in one of the cars. I had the keys and all of the contact information. I don't know their names, but they took us to the car and we were able to retrieve the phone for her and I was able to bring it to her. They went above and beyond.
I found the parking spot quick and easy to use. The shuttle drivers were great and very helpful. I will definitely use the next time I go to Newark Airport.

Thanks again.

Shuttles were available and we got to our terminal quickly and only had to wait a few minutes for the shuttle to return us to our car when we got back

Prompt shuttles, courteous drivers and attedants

Very easy and friendly

Location and ease of getting a shuttle to the airport

Friendly service. Car was safe

Streamlined
Easy
Fast

Pick ups are frequent

I like covered parking near the airport that I can reserve and have certainty of availability before I arrive to the airport. I sometimes use the airport parking garage, and in peak travel times, there is no certainty that spaces will be available.

It was an easy experience, and the drivers were nice and the overall drive did not take long to and from the terminal.
